Unisys On-site Services provides IT support right at your location whether it is home office, branch office or your home. You can choose from two powerful modes of delivery based on your unique business needs:
Digital Tech Café™ - Unisys Digital Gurus™ stationed at your office location in a storefront style.
On-Demand On-site Services - Unisys Digital Gurus reach and resolve IT issues at your location as and when required.
Private Label Services
Private Label Services are contracted by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), resellers, and software providers for the delivery of support services to their customers by Unisys on their behalf. We augment our clients’ existing service resources—or replace them entirely—offering high-quality, multi-vendor expertise across the global. The offering typically includes break-fix hardware support, parts management, logistics, and implementation services. Unisys also provides Private Label hardware support, printer and peripheral support, installation, specialized software support, and help desk services. In most cases, it may not be apparent that Unisys is providing the necessary support services on behalf of the vendor.
